Thanks to all who made it on Saturday, it was really great to unpack some of the issues around shadow in spiritual practice and to talk about all that embodied stuff!

Benedict might rustle something up if I ask him nicely,but please bring some food and drink to share.

No agenda... just a fun meetup, sure we'll talk Deida, Wilber and Robert, but please just bring your happy self and we'll just see what arise.
